Sensei Strategy respects the privacy of every family and student we work with. This Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you submit our contact form or book a consultation. This may include:

• Student academic information: exam board, subjects, target exam series
• Accommodation or wellness-related information you choose to share
• Invoices and payment confirmations related to your engagement

• To schedule and deliver consultations and tutoring
• To personalize academic support to the student's subject, exam board and needs
• To send invoices and communicate about your engagement
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact page

Where a student is under 18, we work with a parent or guardian for booking, communication and payment, and treat the parent or guardian as the primary point of contact.

We do not share student or family information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only where necessary to deliver a session or where required by law.

We retain academic and session records for as long as needed to provide ongoing support and maintain accurate invoicing, and delete or anonymize information upon request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any technical storage used is limited to what is required for the site to function correctly (including your shopping cart).
