Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of tutoring services provided by Sensei Strategy to private candidates, international students, homeschool learners, and their parents or guardians. By booking a consultation or engaging any pathway, you agree to these Terms.

Sensei Strategy provides subject tutoring, examination-technique coaching, mock examination review and academic support for GCSE, International GCSE (iGCSE), UK GCE A Level and International A Level candidates. Services are delivered fully online, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, and are available to students worldwide subject to tutor availability across time zones.

Engagement begins with a $30 introductory consultation, during which we assess the student's academic needs, examination timeline and readiness. Following this consultation, we will recommend a session type or pathway suited to the student.

Following the consultation, families receive an individualized invoice reflecting the session type, frequency and pathway selected. Prices for each session type are published on the pathway pages and may be updated from time to time; the price confirmed on your invoice at booking will apply.

Families should provide as much notice as possible when a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.

Past papers, mark schemes and other examination board materials remain the intellectual property of their respective examination boards and are used for educational purposes only. Original materials prepared by Sensei Strategy tutors are provided for the student's personal study use.

We accommodate students who require additional time, rest breaks, assistive tools or wellness-conscious pacing. Sensei Strategy is not a substitute for medical or examination-board-approved access-arrangement services.

Final examination outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensei Strategy's liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or pathway giving rise to the claim.
